PML-N to protest against loadshedding

ISLAMABAD: PML-N parliamentarians decided to protest outside the Presidency against loadshedding, Geo News reported.

According to sources the decision was taken during a meeting of the PML-N Central Working Committee (CWC). The meeting also decided that PML-N MNAs would also voice their concerns on national issues during the National Assembly session.

PML-N President Nawaz Sharif also directed party members to support street protests against loadshedding.

Protests are taking place in several cities of Pakistan but have intensified in Gujranwala and Lahore where up to 16 hours of loadshedding is taking place.
