Besides other essential matters including specially murder / assassination cases should be recorded and filed forthwith in the court for immediate judicial action giving full pledged priority against the culprits who are suspected as to have done such evil deed that ends up one's precious life from the face of the earth, otherwise, the doers of such heinous activities like murder, assassination etc. would be encouraged to continue their sinful deed without any fear of being arrested and punished and ultimately the country where this nature incidences happen time and again that turns as an unlivable place / country for peace loving human beings.
