LEGAL AWARENESS WELFARE (LAW):
A country that spends a lot of fund in foreign countries, it becomes puzzled if any thing happens against its vested interest in any of its aid receiving countries. Then it begins to do this and that madly that it would never do usually confusing its own people and other country people and their governments as well. Better it is for such a country to have used those money and wealth in its own home people.
