LEGAL AWARENESS WELFARE (LAW):
Its only UNO that is universally recognised as the most competent, authenticated and empowered organisation to exercise its strategic manner of doing needful against Syrian government for its alleged use of chemical weapons on its own civilians.
However, if any individual country or group of countries try to perform the same nature job, i.e. just attack on Syria, would abuse its or their power at its or their own risk and consequences.
