LEGAL AWARENESS WELFARE (LAW):

US could deserve applause and ultimately the Nobel Peace Prize if its leadership would succeed to persuade Syrian leadership to handover its chemical weapons over to UN, whereas, this credit now seems going on Russian leadership. What an unexpected situation is now taking a turn!
