Our lovely world seems has been turning to a hellish place to live peacefully because of existence of several kinds of criminals walking freely on streets and lanes who are essentially needed to be monitored, arrested and judicial justified justice should be undertaken against such ones within no time so that citizens can live without feeling any panic created by such miscreants and they (citizens) can live and let live peacefully.
