LEGAL AWARENESS WELFARE (LAW):

As per my observational experience I have realized the reason why the judiciary cannot permit a terminally-ill person to opt and act on assisted suicide is that the authority may consider that in such situations when someone assists the other to die that's a murder he or she commits because there are some essential possibilities of raising voices from various corners as an after effect of the so said assisted suicide.

In legal procedure the judiciary has to confirm if that assisted killing  in reality is an intentional murder.

Realizing and considering such hazardous legal complications  that may arise, most probably the judicial authorities are found never willing to pass an order to permit anybody to assist the other to die.

Therefore, although its an established fact that 'one has the right to live yet he or she has no right to die at any situation.
