Optimism although has a lot to do in uplifting an individual or a nation/country yet over optimism being equivalent to almost pessimism (as per wise experts), hence a moderate nature optimistic fellow/nation/country succeeds achieving excellence but not the over optimistic one, rather the later brings drastic failure in many occasions.
