When counter effects of certain abusive moves conducted by foreign forces or whatever that sounds, looks and seems causing heavy loss of lives and haves of civilians of a country, its government should raise high objection against such abusive moves and besides taking defensive steps in resistance the matter should be brought to the notice of the International communities and also file a suit against the culprit foreign forces in International Court of Justice for legal action as per International Law.
