Why 'Lean In'? Hybrid Style Succeeds, and Women Are Best at It - Room for Debate - NYTimes.com

Ruling being a tough job sounds as something masculine nature activity. Although I am not against women's participation in ruling yet  I would prefer to say let men do their job of too tough works e.g. extensive traveling, attending conferences after conferences, walking through rains and hot sun and so on, which seems impossible for women being somewhat delicate physically despite having very much courage and stamina, in some cases,  because she has many other essential affairs to perform like as, producing, grooming up and bringing up the new generations that the world needs indeed.

Further to that on joining tough jobs like ruling women can seldom care about their homes they leave behind and as a result those houses become pathetically and peculiarly deserted.

More than half the world's works are lying inside homes to do or to get done and the rest of the works are in outside homes, more suitable for men, as it is believed and understood.

Therefore, my opinion is that women may please have pity upon this poor world to care more about homes and their families than outside works seemingly meant for men. That would their (women's) best possible dignity and so on. I have expressed all that mentioned above with due apology.
