Its a wonder from where and how viruses like Ebola virus or Congo virus or their like come into existence in various regions of the globe from time to time?
Whereas, WHO seems taking almost no remarkable measure towards stopping of their attacks out of nothingness and eliminate such vexing diseases from the face of the earth as it (WHO) has succeeded in doing so for diseases like small-pox, polio etc. for which WHO is considered very much credited globally time and again.
