In such a situation when any obscene / objectionable deed goes on in a residential area similar to that of Tando Adam happened recently, the people who noticed the reality of it should call some nobles of the locality and take some wise steps strategically except taking the law in hand.
They should then send a group of some nobels of the locality to approach the police station of that jurisdiction to submit a written and signed (by nobels and some other locality people both men and women) application under intimation to the DSP, SP, SSP, DIG and their like dignified high law enforcing officials / authorities and have the duplicate of the application duly signed and sealed by the concerned police station incharge etc.
