A country should have its own nationals of workers, officials, forces, government etc. to become a perfect and ideal country. Depending on other country's forces etc. exposes its weakness as a country / nation, rather self-help is considered globally one of the greatest qualities that uplifts it as a grand and majestic country / nation to live and let live with dignity and thus to prosper although slowly yet steadily forever
