The country where the blaspheme film was obviously produced, censored (possibly) and was allowed to be exhibited locally and around the world, can be understood as the responsible authority. Google is also responsible to great extent to allow the highly objectionable film (video) to exhibit through its Youtube..
There is a wise proverbial say on the context, "No bamboo, no flute." It is therefore desirable that the country of origin of the film containing obscene and highly objectionable materials may please be asked as to why it (the country of origin) should not be liable as responsible for all the protests caused in the Muslim world.
Further to that the country of origin of the formerly mentioned film should immediately be asked to put total ban on the film for exhibition furthermore at any form or structure and have it destroyed forthwith.
