The right decision
What is right is right. It is sounding right that the present Government has wasted too much of apex Supreme Court's precious times through the previous PM Mr. Gilani who is no more the PM now and the present one, the PM Mr.Raja after holding his office took another couple of months to write the subjected letter to Swiss authority concerned, has within his 2 or 4 hearings in the apex court he has recently consented very easily to comply with order of the apex court, whereas, the trick behind this remains confusing to many wise headed experts.
Whereas, the person allegedly accused of money laundering is still the same, the President of Pakistan, Mr. Zardari whose claim remains the same that he enjoys immunity of such accusations and actions there of till he is the head of the state, the President.
The question arises who should be liable as responsible for making delay of decision making of apex court and if in case further stay order would be had sanctioned by the present Government and thus delay after delay happens who would be the loser ultimately - the people or else ones.
Alternatively, can the apex court be understood as responsible for delaying the justice because of adjournment after adjournment granting giving a growing impression in the mind of people - 'Justice delayed, justice' denied' nature something or the present Government itself is responsible for the ultimate loss the nation has to bear?
Will it be justified for the people to think the matter thus on the basis of, 'what is right is right?
