India: Minister sparks outcry by saying steal a little, but dont loot - geo.tv

Comment / Concern / Opinion Reflection?

A sin big or small is a sin e.g. stealing even if its small or big is a crime and one who commits such a crime and a fellow Government when declares stealing is allowable both the persons deserve severe punishment according to judiciary.

To that minister level person stealing is not a crime.but looting is. Should it mean that he himself steals but not loot? What a regrettable statement that can be uttered by a minister level person of a country as like as India!
