BBC News - Is Obama's drone doctrine counter-productive?

Drone attack is non-productive, rather its destructive for killing innocent people and ruining their economy, whereas, the terrorists seldom are the losers because as per media the terrorists escape out of drone-like attacks. Whereas, the common people are the losers.
