Dangerous dogs will keep on killing despite what the apologists might say.
COMMENT - CONCERN - OPINION - SAY = REFLECTION
Usually it is a popular practice as duty of the Municipality dog catchers to keep up with their mission of catching the dogs that are habitual biters either they street dogs or pet dogs. But some dogs escape from hands of those dog catchers. Therefore, to avoid bitter tragedies of being bitten by dogs and being losers the so said dog catchers must be very serious in future no to leave even a single biting dogs leaving not a single of them uncaught.
