Music in some form or another is a universal art, but not humor. You'd be amazed at how many cultures there are out there who really don't understand the simple concepts of irony, sarcasm, or even a pratfall. It's a pretty safe bet that where Gaga is right now, they don't have any TV program entitled "Thailand's Funniest Home Videos."

Notwithstanding, what you say may be true about Thailand but the point to note here is those videos you are mentioning mostly are watched privately, not through any national TV channel. Moreover, anything obscene to watch in family atmosphere or in public should not be allowed to be exhibited that way because such practices can damage the mentality of youngsters and may cause insult to the people of that country or region.
