Dear Sir/Madam, A nation/country can hardly prosper till its judiciary system is dependent. Only an independent yet sincere and devoted judiciary system run by competent and dependable/trustworthy judiciary personnel as that it seems the nation/country has been blessed with at present can contribute a lot towards eliminating/uprooting corruptions with the help/collaboration of the government applying various positive sources and resources. Whereas, it has been observed that in many government and non-government organizations including especially Revenue Departments some of the staffs are busy minting money by compelling common people to pay bribe them (staff) out of their (sufferers') hard earned income at the cost of their (common people's) bread to survive. Take for example, it has been noticed that some influential people including one like them, for instance, Mr. Abdul Hamid s/o Hussain Mohammad (habitual usurper of various ancestral money and wealth) applying his huge money and wealth has usurped the ancestral legal heir-ship shares of his less fated and one poor brother and one sister illegally showing/preparing forged documents of heir-ship/city survey/mutation of his own showing the others, Mrs. Zarina Rehman and her another brother Mohammad Idrees (unsound) expired despite their (poor ill-fated ones) being alive in reality. The strange thing that he, Abdul Hamid succeeds/succeeded in usurping rest of the other two legal heirs' money and wealth by titling them in his name spending huge money as bribe paying the corrupted/cruel concerned staff of the concerned department, e.g. Revenue Department. The above mentioned tragic incident could be found recently happen in the Muktiarkar office, Qasimabad, Hyderabad. The sufferer, Mrs. Zarina submitted an application to the DDO, Qasimabad, Hyderabad for justified justice. She is hopefully waiting for a positive result of having her ancestral share of a plot situated in Azizabad, Qasimabad, Hyderabad that was in the title of her deceased brother, Mohammad Amin who expired in 1998. Whereas, the same plot was recently transferred in the name of the single person Abdul Hamid showing the other two legal heirs (she and her another brother) dead. How it was possible is the question while the other two heirs, Mrs. Zarina Rehman and her another brother Mohammad Idrees (unsound) are still alive in reality by the Grace of Almighty Allah! Prayer for justice to the Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad and Chief Ombudsman of Pakistan, Islamabad and all concerning competent personalities of the country, Pakistan. Truly yours, A.R.Shams Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan.
