President Barack Obama makes a statement about the crisis in Syria in the Rose Garden of the White House in Washington, Aug. 31, 2013.

LEGAL AWARENESS WELFARE (LAW):

Its only UNO that is universally recognised as the most competent, authenticated and empowered organisation to exercise its strategic manner of doing needful against Syrian government for its alleged use of chemical weapons on its own civilians.

However, if any individual country or group of countries try to perform the same nature job, i.e. just attack on Syria, would abuse its or their power at its or their own risk and consequences.

Syria: Britain WON'T use military force even if there are fresh chemical weapons attacks, suggests George Osborne - Mirror Online

LEGAL AWARENESS WELFARE (LAW):

Syrian government has been going too tough to its oppositions and it has been alleged, as per report that it has been using chemical weapons on them (Syrians). Some countries of the world are voicing against the Syrian Government's such inhuman activities on its civilians as per allegation report received.

UNO and its allied organizations (The International Communities) may be urged to do needful on Syria forthwith as these are the concerned authorities that are considered as internationally authentic and empowered ones to maintain peace and harmony internationally as and when extra-ordinary forces even needed.

A few countries are planning to take action on their own accord against the Syrian government for its alleged use of chemical weapons on its own people (that goes against human rights). An Individual country or group of countries that are serious to attack on Syria are suggestible that they may please obtain permission from the UNO and its allied organizations for doing so, otherwise, they would do so at their own risk and consequences because the after effect of any war is severe loss and ruin of lives and economy of the victimized country as that it happened as a result of Iraq war etc.
