Running the Government in two subsequent terms is enough. Otherwise, the same face, personality, or party achieving power simultaneously term after term means such a personality may grow monarchy minded sooner or latter and ultimately may declare kingship or queen-ship of the country, while any of such ones may have the possibility of turning a dictator and such one's descendant’s claim for successor-ship of the throne. What a pitiable condition of those people can be who remain in the ruler-ship of the same personality or his or her dynasty for a prolonged period of time! May such people / nations be blessed!
