In situations like this that when the younger of a family gets hold of dangerous weapons, the elders of the family should be taken as responsible for any unpleasant incident happens, as a result, and such irresponsible adult citizens (elders of the family) should be undertaken judicially besides whatever lawful action is to be taken against the young one who commits the offense with the so said weapon.
