Why exactly are our medical bills so high?

Would that all the Health Ministries of all the countries of the World would care to help common people have rescued out of the cruel hands of the medicine / drug sellers in the market who charge too high prices for the medicines they sell, which have been found becoming mostly beyond buying capacity of them (common people)!
