All the independent / sovereign countries of the world must be having their national rules and regulations regarding foreign interference in their internal affairs . Using any citizen of any country for spying inside his/her country by a foreign country administration / Government / else is understood to have committed a severe crime. Also the individual who is used to spy on be half of that country commits a very severe crime......
