Killers whoever may they be should be judicially arrested, interrogated, investigated, penalized, punished etc. by virtue of justified justice of the apex court as per law of the land where the murder happens, otherwise, our beautiful world no more would remain a livable place to 'live and let live' peacefully for humans especially.
