JUDICIARY JUSTIFIED JUSTICE ON THE BASIS OF HUMAN RIGHTS:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Many government departments including REVENUE practice bribe taking commonly.
Influential greedy people usurp others legal shares preparing forged documents titling them in their name spending huge money as bribe paying the corrupted concerned staff of, e.g. REVENUE.
One like that recently happened in the Mukhtiarkar office, Qasimabad, Hyderabad regarding a plot situated at Azizabad, Qasimabad, Hyderabad that was in the title of Mohammad Ameen till he expired in 1998 leaving 3 legal heirs (two brothers and one sister).
Whereas, the same plot was recently transferred in the name of Mr. Abdul Hameed showing the other two legal heirs dead although they are alive in reality.
Whereas, the sister, Mrs. Zarina submitted an application to the DDO, Qasimabad, Hyderabad and has been waiting for a needful action.
