Judicial Justified Justice should have speedier finalization of the matter and the reason of delay needs to be examined very seriously and sincerely to have the matter settled as soon as possible. As the wise say that goes thus: 'Justice delayed means justice denied', which should not be proved as applicable for the apex judiciary of the country. Hope for the best...
