 Notwithstanding, at whatever situation the accused who might have shot the deceased to death should even if that happened incidentally yet he killed and for that the accused should be punished judicially, He should not be freed marking him as totally innocent. As a killing is a killing. Nobody has the right to kill anybody, otherwise, such practices may repeatedly be undertaken despite the fact that killing is a crime either its incidental or deliberate.
