US drone strike kills six in N Waziristan - geo.tv

Drone technology may be in workable condition in many developed countries of the world yet none but USA applies their drones to attack on terrorists (as it says) on residential houses within Pakistan's territory.

Should USA apply any alternative system of hunting the terrorists in a far better strategic manner avoiding the non-strategic manner of drone attacks killing a number of civilians as per media reports received time and again giving grievous news of Pakistan's lovely Pakistanis ?
