In the light of the augments presented by the petitioners' advocates it is logically evident that any law making of the parliamentary that misappropriates any judicial order of the apex Supreme Court e.g. 'Contempt of Court' or matters like that should be considered as null and void.
Hence the new constitution passed by the parliamentary legislators on the Supreme Court's 'Contempt of Court' judicial order of the authenticated judicial authority and ignoring the previous constitutions as well may be considered as another contempt of Court and misappropriation of the law of the land framed up by the ancestor honorable legislators..
