Comment / Opinion / Concern : Why so late in releasing Rs.7 billion or whatever the amount to PSO for the supply of oil to thermal power houses showing no specific reason, whereas, the nation has been suffering from power shortage since long causing severe loss of economy and work of the nation / country, is, of course, a question in every mind and soul.
