The Lack of Regulation Has Been a Boon - Room for Debate - NYTimes.com


If sperm donation business becomes common in any country of the world the population would surely shoot up there making that country over populated ultimately causing severer economic crisis and too much of joblessness further to what it is there at present.

To control sperm donating and producing in-numerous offspring there should be law of entering father's name and mother's as well, of the child in schools and other allied organizations including his/her identity card, passport and visa etc.so that a record of each donor can be maintained in the concerning department alarming the male population the restriction of producing a facilitated number of children by each male.
