Natural calamities like rain fall (in cats and dogs) happen in their respective turns time and again, while the harms to human lives and haves that can cause are already understandable and expect-able and so the authorities concerned can take precautionary steps moderately far before time for least possibility of harms.

About politicians the voters should have deep consideration on voting those who have poverty driven background because after being elected most of them would most probably fill their empty jars leaving aside welfare activities of the people. The others that having too rich background who can never have well felt realization by heart about the tragic living situation of the common people (more than 75% population) are in.

Neither of the above mentioned two class people would do adequate welfare activities for the nation / people / country. They would rather present ideas in their speeches that if they would be reelected for the next term they would leave nothing undone.

Notwithstanding, why not now in this present term! That's what only they know.

It has been observed most politicians talk big but do too less than that even a poor person could do. Whereas, voters today should cast their votes to the one/one about whom they know they (politicians)believe in practical doings and they (politicians) maintain a background of doing practically what they promise to do, not just keep on delivering big talks but practically doing nothing ultimately. However people of our time can distinguish well enough between practical doers in reality rejecting the fake ones.
