Depression is just a symptom in the initial stage and of it goes deeper multiples of diseases take birth as THE after effect of it. However, to get rid of depression one should explore the reason for which he / she remains depressed or if possible consult a good physician.

There can be hundreds reasons for which one gets depressed. Firstly, more chances for a person to become prey of depression when he / she lacks optimistic attitude of living in his / her life than any other distinct reason..

In our time more people are found often depressed for no specific reason sometime for very simple matters. They just get depressed and develop various diseases as after effect of it if remained so for a prolonged period of time.

An optimist considers the positive side of everything coming across, while the pessimist considers negativity in almost all he / she finds and gets frustrated for that for nothing most often. Whereas, an optimist knows everything has its ups and downs. He knows a cloudy sky clears up after all sooner or later. ........
