Women forced to parade naked in Muzaffargarh over wedding proposal - geo.tv

Only mean minded influential people having high hand sources in the Government, politics and law enforcing officials may possibly dare to dishonor the women of the targeted family for a simple proposal of marriage of that family's young-man with the daughter belonging to that aforesaid influential family.

Should such heinous situation happen in a country where a democratic a Government is believed to have been running; the judiciary is functioning independently and the law enforcement authority is on duty around?
