All the nationwide private security companies that provide security guards should be scrutinized to confirm if they are registered with the Government of Pakistan and are authenticated and authorized to provide their security guards on jobs posted to various organizations etc.

Otherwise, on the contrary of it, such unauthorized security companies should be banned forthwith. Further to that a list of duly registered and authorized security companies should be published in most of the popular daily newspapers of the country to help people recognize them nationally and internationally for convenience of the people in future.

As it is obviously understandable that the apex Supreme Court is the highest judicial authority of the country, any constitution passed in any department including parliamentary, the either should seek consent and concern of the Supreme Court of the country.

On the contrary of it, any constitution passed by the parliamentary and in case of dissatisfaction of the Supreme Court on that, the apex court bears the supreme authority to treat such one as null and void in the best interest of the country / nation..
