The judiciary of the country should have the honour to be obliged and obeyed with reverence by complying with the decisions and orders passed out by it (the judicial authority).

On the contrary, the democratic nation's judiciary seems and sounds to have been disrespected enhancing severe damage to the democracy that is claimed as to have been running in the country.

A democratic Government is of the people, for the people and by the people. The judiciary of a democratic country is of the people, for the people and by the people, which is understood as the supreme law authority of the country and and if its order is not obeyed, the democratic country's supreme authority is disobeyed, whereas, disobedience of the judiciary should be noted strictly and action should be taken by the judiciary and Government against the ones who commit the crime of disobedience irrespective of their differences of any sort. Otherwise, in a situation when the apex court cannot apply its independent democratic judiciary power / authority, the then Government should not be understood running as a democratic Government.
